Join us on August 27^th for “Plagiarism Pit Volunteer Manager Style”. Bring your volunteer management documents, newsletters, applications, etc., etc. so that we can view and share our documents. Consider the entire cycle of volunteer management when deciding what to share: recruitment, application, appointment, position descriptions, volunteer hour tracking, policies and procedures, training, and more. You might have just the document that someone else is creating, or if you need to revise a document, maybe someone in DAVA has done the legwork already.

Please bring documents that you use in your work with volunteers. Bring a copy to share and if possible, send an electronic copy to the DAVA website by clicking here. Consider all aspects of volunteer management in deciding what to bring with you: volunteer position descriptions, recruitment materials, interview questions, guidelines and policies for volunteers, training materials, performance “reviews”, and volunteer engagement assessments. This will be a highly interactive, sharing meeting!
