“Volunteer Management: Difficult Conversations”
Description: In this workshop, you will learn the techniques of how and when to have instructional or difficult conversations to improve the performance of your volunteers. You will learn how to have boundary setting, project correction, and how to terminate a volunteer while saving the relationship with your organization. Learn techniques and structures for these conversations to help your volunteers grow in their roles and also to serve the organization itself better.
